Produced exclusively from Cerasuola olives hand-picked on the Mandranova farm in the beginning of October (usually October 3rd), this oil has a green color. It is medium fruity, with hints of olive, hay, almond and marjoram. The bitterness is prevalent, followed by a slight hint of spicy flavor. For use on a raw salad of farro, pasta dishes with vegetables, soups, red meat and aged cheese.

Azienda Agricola Mandranova is situated in a naturally magnificent part of Sicily on a hill, a few miles from the sea.
