Produced from 100% Cerasuola olives grown on the Mandranova farm in Sicily and crushed immediately after harvest, Mandranove Cerasuola also won gold for the second consecutive year. This pleasantly fruity oil has flavors of olive, hay, almond and marjoram, and a peppery finish. “Poach” tuna with garlic and bay laurel in this oil.
