Villa Manodori Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
6 tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
Prepare Parmigiano wafers by placing small quantities of grated cheese on baking paper and baking at
400° F for 8-10 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Allow to cool.
Wash and slice strawberries vertically and on top of wafers. Drizzle balsamic over strawberries
