A L'Olivier Hazelnut Oil, made in their Poitou mill in Southwest France, has the exquisite flavor of roast fruit, and is ideally suited to dress raw vegetables. It pairs particularly well with endive, avocado and tomato salads. The oil is best used with a mature wine vinegar, or rapsberry red wine vinegar. It is also delightful in patisserie.
