A surprisingly versatile vinegar, Tomato Basil works very well with steamed fish, grilled poultry, and a variety of cheeses, especially sheep's milk. Use to deglaze white meats, like pork or veal; and use also on cold or warm fish. In creating a dressing, this vinegar works well with Provencal extra virgin olive oil, basil infused olive oil, and garlic thyme infused olive oil. It also makes a great Bloody Mary!
