Produced exclusively from Nocellara olives hand-picked on the Mandranova farm early in October, this oil has a beautiful green color with golden hues. Mandranova Nocellara is intensely fruity, with hints of fresh grass, artichoke and tomato; its pungency and bitterness are perfectly balanced.
