Spiced & Peppered Grilled Sirloin Steak
2 sirloin steaks, about 8oz each
1/4 cup Esprit du Sel Spiced Peppers Sea Salt Blend
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Place sirloin steaks on food safe surface.
Sprinkle 1/4 of salt mixture onto one side of the steaks, with a spatula or hands, press the salt blend gently into the meat.
Drizzle with a small amount of the extra virgin olive oil.
Turn steaks over and repeat.
Let steaks sit covered for 15 - 20 minutes at room temperature.
Grill the steaks to preferred cooking; we suggest rare to medium rare.
Finish with a drizzle of L'Estornell Smoked Oil.
Serve with roasted corn or a baked potato, sprinkle with Esprit du Sel Fleur de Sel.
