"Madeleines" Shell Shaped Cookies
2 tablespoons of crme fraiche
2 tablespoons of olive oil
50 g of flour
10 g of grated cheese
1 teaspoon of yeast
2 teaspoons of mustard
Preheat the oven to 240°.
Beat the egg with flour, yeast, cream, salt, and pepper with a whisk.
Add the mustard and the mix and the cheese.
Pour one tablespoon into Madeleine baking pans.
Put in the oven for 4 minutes of cooking to 240° and then 6 minutes to 180°.
Cool about 10 minutes.
