AMEDEI TUSCANY is located in the picturesque town of Pontedera, outside Pisa in the Tuscan countryside. There they craft the most beautiful chocolate using only the best cocoa—Trinitario & Criollo beans. Cecilia Tessieri started AMEDEI TUSCANY in 1998 with her first chocolate bar, Toscano Black 70%. Amedei is known for being one of the originators of small batch, direct trade, bean-to-bar chocolate. Amedei directly sources the beans from the most prestigious growers of cacao from small remote plantations in Ecuador, Peru, Madagascar, and the Caribbean, among other exotic locales. This allows Amedei to know precisely where their beans originate, establish the cocoa’s high quality and ensure that the growers are fairly compensated. For over a decade, Amedei has gained international fame, often cited as “The World’s Best Chocolate” while taking home multiple Best in Show awards from the prestigious London Academy of Chocolate.


Menù is a unique, specialty food company located in Modena, Italy. Since 1932, three generations of the Barbieri family have produced traditional Italian foods that are minimally processed, preserving the integrity of the ingredients taste, texture and color.

They are best known for their “Pomodorina Sauce” and all tomato products, artichokes mushrooms, vegetables and other products. Their craftsmanship comes from the tradition and philosophy to source out the best Italian ingredients at the peak of harvest, and working with the harvest within hours to create and preserve the crop at its best.

Villa Manodori

Chef Massimo Bottura has applied his creative skills to the production of Villa Manodori, a collection of extra virgin olive oils and an assortment of authentically-crafted balsamic vinegars. Made in the artisanal style and produced in limited quantities, these versatile condiments are enjoyed throughout the world.

Sapori di Casa

A small family-owned company, Sapori di Casa handcrafts one of the highest quality egg pasta in Italy using specially designed machinery. This method ensures a pure, light pasta that is very soft and porous, which allows for short cooking time (1-2 minutes).


Lazzaroni continues to produce their traditional Italian cookies following the original recipe that was developed in 1888. The cookies come beautifully packaged in a variety of different tins and boxes.

San Ignacio

San Ignacio is an authentic brand of Argentinian Dulce de Leche that has been producing high-quality dairy products for over 70 years. San Ignacio crafts their products with top-quality raw ingredients, resulting in a smoother and creamier sauce.
